Stefan Schropp serves as Senior Regulatory Counsel for buildersoff. Prior to joining buildersoff, Stefan was Counsel in the litigation group at Ropes & Gray, where he spent nine years as a civil litigator working primarily on M&A and securities-related litigation, as well as on crypto-related issues. Prior to Ropes, Stefan clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, worked for the North Carolina General Assembly, and taught middle school math in Charlotte, N.C. He earned his law degree and master’s in public administration from UNC-Chapel Hill, his MBA from Queens University, and his bachelor’s degreefrom Yale University.
